Halls of Strength was born out of a simple, yet powerful vision: to make quality fitness information accessible to everyone, without barriers. I’m Daniel, known in the fitness community as TinyVik1ng, and along with my co-founder Gav, we've set out to create a platform that delivers reliable, well-researched, and practical advice—no strings attached.
