Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and egg whites.
  2. Spray a skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat.
  3. Scramble the eggs (season with salt and pepper if desired) until fully cooked, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. While the eggs are cooking, dice the red pepper, green pepper, and onion.
  5. Add the ground beef and taco seasoning to the skillet and cook until fully done.
  6. Lay a tortilla flat on a plate.
  7. Layer the scrambled eggs, diced peppers, onions, and ground beef.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese, wrap the burrito, and enjoy!
