Step | Description |
---|---|
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare | Heat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C/gas 6). Put the chicken breasts in a roasting tray and rub with harissa, olive oil, and oregano. |
Step 2: Roast | Cover with foil and roast for 5 minutes. Then remove the foil, add cherry tomatoes and olives to the tray, and roast for another 10 minutes until the tomatoes start to split and the chicken is cooked through. |
Step 3: Serve | Serve with boiled new potatoes for a complete meal. |
