Unsalted peanuts 1 tbsp of unsalted peanuts for a crunchy element.

Mustard seeds 1 tsp of mustard seeds for added spice and crunch.
Curry powder 1 tbsp of curry powder for the essential flavor of the dish.

How to Make Curried Chickpeas:

Step Description
Step 1 Heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6. Drain the chickpeas and pat them with a tea towel to remove moisture. Place them on a roasting tray, toss with oil, seeds, and seasoning, and roast for 20 minutes until golden brown. Toss in curry powder and enjoy!
