Ingredients Needed:

Ingredient Description
Porridge oats 150g of oats for the base of the protein balls. Use regular oats for the best texture.
Vegan protein powder 50g of vegan protein powder of your choice to add the necessary protein for recovery.
Ground flaxseeds 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds for added fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.
Ground cinnamon A pinch of ground cinnamon to add a touch of flavor.
Vanilla extract 1 tsp of vanilla extract for a smooth, aromatic sweetness.
Maple syrup 2 tbsp of maple syrup for sweetness and binding the ingredients together.
Nut butter 150g of nut butter (peanut used in this case) for a rich and creamy texture.
Plant milk 4 tbsp of plant milk to help bring the mixture together.
Vegan chocolate chips or raisins 25g of vegan chocolate chips or raisins (optional) for added texture and sweetness.

How to Make Protein Balls:

Step Description
Step 1: Combine Combine the oats, protein powder, flaxseed, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, nut butter, milk, and chocolate chips.
Step 2: Roll and Chill Stir well to combine the mixture, then, using damp hands, roll it into 15 balls (about 30g each). Arrange them on a plate and chill for 30 mins until firm, then serve.
